Sandal Souq want all of their clients to be 100% satisfied with every purchase.


Returns received at our facility by mail within 28 days of the delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received at our facility after 28 days of the delivery date will be refused and no exchange or store credit will be permitted.

Sale items purchased at a discount are non-returnable and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

 Full priced items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and with all tags in place. No exchanges will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of purchase.

All of our products are covered by a three month warranty period. We do accept returns nor responsibility for any damage or defects incurred to our products if returned more than three months afters the original purchase date.

Since we do not charge a restocking fee, shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for exchanges. All future shipping charges for exchanges or store credit will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion is excessively returning or exchanging items. Anyone suspected of excessive returns or exchanges will subsequently be removed from our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Sandal Souq.


Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, colour and texture to reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage to the item.


Sandal Souq is a retailer of footwear and not a designer or manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. Item information is provided by the individual designer or manufacturer of that item and Sandal Souq will not be held liable for misinformation provided to us.


Sandal Souq is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own country's legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.


All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.
